Logic Model
Attached to the left is my assessment on Logic model from my previous semester. I scored 21 out of 25 in this assessment.
This assignment helped me in developing the knowledge about Logic Model and how it is an important tool for health professionals in planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions or programs.

Literature Review
Attach to the right is my assessment of Social Determinant subject. It is a Literature Review on the topic "The effect of racism and poor socioeconomic status on Australian Aboriginal and Torrens Strait Islanders". This assessment helped me to understand the challenges faced by Indigenous Australian population within Australia. I have scored 28 out of 35 marks in this assessment.

Critical Appraisal of Qualitative study
Attached to the left is my assessment on Critical appraisal of Qualitative study. This Task helped me in building my critical appraisal skills which is a invaluable tool in enhancing analytical skills, research literacy, and fruitful in evidence based practise. I scored distinction in this assessment with 85 percent of marks.
